Capital Metro hosted an artwork contest with for 2-5 grade scholars. Each grade level received assignments prompting them to create art about what a healthier planet means to them. A panel of judges from arts-based organizations in the community chose 23 Campbell scholars from as their winners! Click below to see Fox 7 Austin media coverage.
2019 MLK Oratorical Contest
The MLK Oratory Competition is an annual contest where students are to prepare a 5-minute speech based on the prompt established each year. In 2019, we had two fourth-grade scholars compete, Bradon Owens and Nolan Mills. Bradon Owens won first place!

Garden to Café
AISD is taking an important leadership role in the school garden movement by partnering with students, community members, teachers and administrators to develop a Garden to Café program that extends the lessons learned in the garden to the school café. Garden to Café is about serving healthy, fresh, garden-grown foods to students through school meal programs.
